As from the 25th May 2018 there are changes in privacy data coming into effect. General Data Protection Guidelines (GDPR) will give individuals more control on how their personal information is used.

The only contact details held by Roc Agri Limited are phone numbers (WhatsApp), email addresses and dates of joining our mailing list. We use this data exclusively for the purpose of sending you our stock updates. This data will not be disclosed to third parties.

If the individual no longer requires to be contacted or stored on our database we would require this to be sent by email to contact@rocagri.co.uk .

We will then delete all information and note the company name is not to be contacted. As the data subject you have the right to request access and the deletion of such information subject to legal retention dates.
